Be Transformed: Total Makeover for Women (Mental, Emotional, Physical, Spiritual)
Winter quarter is Jan 12 - March 16
Roman 12:2 tells us to be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Healthy/Christ-centered living begins with disciplined thinking.
This class will provide:
1. Help in recognizing and overcoming depression, anxiety, and other similar struggles.
2. Information and identification of cognitive thinking distortions
3. Interactive support and encouragement as we learn to replace unhealthy thought patterns with healthy and Biblical thinking.
About Kathy Reichman
Kathy Reichman spent 29 years teaching the primary grades in Salem/Keizer and Cascade school districts. For 10 years, she served with husband Dan as co-chapter leader and facilitator for The Compassionate Friends in Salem, a national support group for families whose children have died. From 2008 to 2011, she served as Director of Congregational Life for The Salvation Army Church at the Kroc Center in Salem. She has been and currently serves as Discussion Leader for Bible Study Fellowship since 2012. Kathy's passion is helping women overcome depression, anxiety and unhealthy thinking patterns by teaching practical and Biblical coping skills. Her favorite pastimes include gardening, playing piano, walking, reading, and spending time with Dan, their children and grandchildren.
